Join us in celebrating the new growing season at the Espanola Healing Foods Oasis! Starting at 8 am, we will gather to extend our gratitude and blessings over the garden as we journey into another summer of planting and growing.
Tewa Women United’s Environmental Health & Justice staff and our garden caretakers will lead attendees in a planting workshop where we will sow heirloom beans, corn, and transplants on the northern slope of the EHFO, informed by our agro-ecological planting practices. Come learn about seeds, planting, and the unique growing dynamics of the EHFO!
All tools will be supplied, as well as light refreshments. Everyone is welcome.
