We are inviting community and garden supporters to help tend and wake the soil at the Espanola Healing Foods Oasis as we begin preparations for planting! Join us to love on the garden and our Mother Earth with a morning of light garden cleaning, mulch & compost application, & soil preparation.
This community clean-up day is the first in what will be monthly open community work days at the garden. Come by to learn about our soil management and preparation practices, including no-till soil conservation techniques and pollinator habitat preservation. All tools will be supplied, as well as light snacks and refreshments.
